1. SECOND REVIEW AND DISCUSS THE 2010 AGREEMENT WITH THE PROGRESSIVE ANIMAL WELFARE SOCIETY (PAWS) FOR ANIMAL SHELTERING.
2. REVIEW AND DISCUSS THE 2010 RENEWAL OF THE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING THE SNOHOMISH REGIONAL DRUG TASK FORCE AND THE CITIES PARTICIPATION.
3. DISCUSSION WITH THE MAYOR REGARDING BUSINESS LICENSE FEES.
