Per the Governor's Emergency Proclamation 20-28, the City of Brier is prohibited from holding an in-person meeting at this time.
All meetings will be held virtually and telephonically until Snohomish County is released by the Governor's Safe Start - Washington Phased Reopening plan.

3. REVIEW & DISCUSS THE RELEASE OF THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR THE SEATOWN SHORT PLAT SP15-03 IN THE AMOUNT OF $15,375.00.
4. REVIEW & DISCUSS THE RELEASE OF THE ASSIGNMENT OF FUNDS FOR THE HINRICHS LOT 2 (LDA 19-03) IN THE AMOUNT OF $15,600.00.
