3. DISCUSS THE CONDITION OF BRIER PARK FIELD & RESTRICTED USAGE FOR CITY SPONSORED EVENTS & RENTALS.
4. REVIEW & DISCUSS THE INTERIM CONTRACT WITH SNOHOMISH COUNTY SHERIFF'S FOR SHIFT COVERAGE.
