2. REVIEW & DISCUSS THE CONTRACT FOR ALEX HAWLEY, POLICE CHIEF.
3. DISCUSSION REGARDING COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ELEMENTS CAPITAL FACILITIES, UTILITIES AND THE NEW CHAPTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT.
4. REVIEW THE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENTS (EXH A AND EXH B) WITH SNOHOMISH CO DEPT. OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT.
