March 4, 2003 7:30 pm Mayor Kaske called the regular meeting prior to Workshop to order at 7:30 PM. Roll Call: Present: Councilmembers Starks, Morgan, Gipson, Colinas, Jordan, Doolittle and Warner. New Business, Petitions, Application Appeals: Mayor Kaske called for an Executive Session at 7:33 PM to discuss Labor Negotiations for approximately one hour. At 8:33 PM, the regular meeting prior to Workshop reconvened. Adjournment: Councilmember moved to adjourn to the Workshop Meeting. Motion Carried, and the regular Brier City Council Meeting adjourned to Workshop at 8:33 PM.
