April 1, 2003 7:30 pm Mayor Kaske called the regular Brier City Council Meeting prior to Workshop to order at 7:30 PM, and dispensed with formalities. Roll Call: Present: Councilmembers Starks, Jordan, Morgan, Colinas, Gipson, Doolittle and Warner. Approval of Minutes: Mayor Kaske opened for consideration approval of the Brier City Council Minutes of March 25, 2003. Councilmember Colinas moved and Councilmember Gipson seconded to approve the Brier City Council Minutes of March 25, 2003. Motion Carried. Miscellaneous Business: Mayor Kaske opened for consideration approval of Personal Services Contract for Deputy Clerk/Treasurer. Councilmembers interviewed Paula Swisher for the Position of Deputy Clerk/Treasurer. Councilmember Colinas moved and Councilmember Jordan seconded to approve the Personal Services Contract with Paula Swisher for Deputy Clerk/Treasurer and authorize Mayor's signature. Motion Carried. Adjournment: Councilmember Colinas moved and Councilmember Jordan seconded to adjourn. Motion Carried, and the Brier City Council Meeting of April 1, 2003 adjourned to Workshop at 7: 43 PM.
