May 6, 2003 Mayor Kaske called the regular Brier City Council Meeting prior to Workshop to order at 7:30 PM, and dispensed with formalities. Present: Councilmembers Colinas, Doolittle, Gipson, Jordan, Morgan, Starks, and Warner Executive Session Mayor Kaske declared an Executive Session to discuss Labor Negotiations. The Executive Session ended at 8:20 PM. Adjournment: Mayor Kaske declared the regular meeting of the Brier City Council Meeting adjourned to Workshop at 8:20 PM.
