April 27, 2004 Mayor Starks called the regular Brier City Council Meeting to order at 7:32 PM and dispensed with the formalities. Roll Call: Present: Councilmembers Colinas, McClenny, Kaemingk, Gipson, and Corpron-Smith. Absent: Councilmembers Doolittle, and Morgan. Mayor Starks explained that due to a power outage caused by the wind storm that the meeting and all items on the agenda would be postponed until next Tuesday May 4, 2004 because we are unable to make a formal record of the meeting.
