Mayor Colinas called the regular Brier City Council Meeting to order at 7:00 PM.

Roll Call:

Present:            Councilmembers Krienke, Gem, Gipson, and Corpron-Smith. Councilmember Nick arrived at 8:24 PM.

Absent:             Councilmembers Kaemingk, and Morgan.

Miscellaneous Business by Call of Councilmembers & City Officials

Councilmember Gipson stated that he attend the CT meeting this afternoon. Councilmember Corpron-Smith stated that she attended the Park Board meeting last Wednesday. Kathy Johnson the consultant working on the Park Master Plan was present at the Park Board meeting and presented information and gave the public a chance to speak. Chris Rose an Eagle Scout, was present at the Park Board meeting and asked for a project from the Parks Board.

Mayor Colinas adjourned to executive session at 7:40 PM related to legal proceedings with the recent Galt recommendations on the McClenny Subdivision until 8:00 PM. At 8:00 PM Mayor Colinas returned to the table and extended the executive session until 8:30 PM. Councilman Nick arrived at 8:24 PM. The council returned from executive session at 8:32 PM.

Adjournment

Councilmember Krienke moved and Councilmember Nick seconded to adjourn to workshop. Mayor Colinas declared the meeting adjourned to workshop at 8:33 PM.
