Mayor Colinas called the regular Brier City Council Meeting to order at 7:PM and the flag salute was given.

Approval of Minutes:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of the Brier City Council Workshop Minutes of June 19, 2007. Councilmember moved and Councilmember  seconded to approve the Brier City Council Workshop Minutes of June 19, 2007. Motion Carried.

Consent Agenda:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of the Consent Agenda which includes Brier City Council Minutes of June 12, 2007. Councilmember moved and Councilmember seconded to approve the Consent Agenda which includes Brier City Council Minutes of June 12, 2007. Motion Carried.

New Business, Petitions, Communications, Applications & Appeals:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval to renew Subscriber Agreement with public Safety Testing and authorize Mayor’s signature. Councilmember moved and Councilmember seconded to approve renewal of Subscriber Agreement with public Safety Testing and authorize Mayor’s signature.  Motion Carried.

Consideration of BIDS, L.I.D.S & Related Matters:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of BID and Agreement for Janitorial service with Stardom Services and authorize Mayor’s signature. There was Council discussion. Councilmember moved and Councilmember seconded to approve BID and Agreement for Janitorial service with Stardom Services and authorize Mayor’s signature.  Motion Carried.
