BRIER CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
July 17, 2007
Mayor Colinas called the regular Brier City Council Meeting to order at 7:31:49 PM and the flag salute was given.
Roll Call:
PRESENT: Mayor Colinas, Councilmember Kaemingk, Councilmember Krienke, Councilmember Morgan, Councilmember Nick and Councilmember Gem.
ABSENT: Councilmember Corpron-Smith and Councilmember Gipson.
STAFF: City Attorney Kaseguma and Director of Community Development Cutts.
Executive Session
Mayor Colinas adjourned to executive session at with legal council pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) to discuss litigation at 7:32:27 PM. The executive session will last approximately forty five minutes. Mayor Colinas extended executive session for an additional forty minutes at 8:13:00 PM. Council returned at 8:35:13 PM .
Adjournment
Mayor Colinas declared the meeting adjourned to Workshop at 8:35:23 PM.
