Mayor Colinas called the regular Brier City Council
Meeting to order at 7:33:00 PM and
the Mayor dispensed with the flag salute
Roll Call:
PRESENT: Mayor Colinas;
Councilmember Corpron-Smith, Kaemingk, Steele, Gallagher, Olson and Nick.
Councilmember Krienke arrived at 7:34 PM.

Councilmember Nick made a MOTION to adjourn for 30
minutes to Executive Session pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1) (i) to discuss

Steele SECONDED. Motion Carried.
Council returned at 8:26 PM. There was no action taken.

Councilmember Corpron-Smith made a MOTION to adjourn to workshop. Councilmember Steele SECONDED. Mayor Colinas declared the meeting
adjourned to workshop at 8:26 PM.

3. FIRST REVIEW AND DISCUSSION OF THE DRAFT INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH SNOHOMISH COUNTY FOR THE ALLVIEW ANNEXATION.
4. REVIEWED AND DISCUSSED SELECTION OF CONSULTANT FOR THE 2010 CRITICAL AREAS REVIEW AND UPDATE.
