Mayor Colinas called the regular Brier City Council Meeting to order at 7:31:43 PM      and the flag salute was not given.

PRESENT:                                  Mayor Colinas; Councilmember Corpron-Smith, Gem, Kaemingk, Krienke, Steele, Gallagher and Olson.

Public Requests & Oral Communications: None

Approval of Minutes:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of the Brier City Council Minutes of September 14, 2010. Councilmember Kaemingk made a MOTION to approve the Brier City Council Minutes of September 14, 2010. Councilmember Olson SECONDED. Motion Carried.

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of the Brier City Council Workshop Minutes of September 21, 2010. Councilmember Kaemingk made a MOTION to approve Brier City Council Workshop Minutes of September 21, 2010. Councilmember Gem SECONDED. Councilmembers Steele & Gallagher abstained. Motion Carried.

Miscellaneous Business by Call of Councilmembers & City Officials:

Councilmember Olson attended the September 21^st Police Department meeting. Councilmember Krienke attended the Parks Board meeting on September 8^th. Mayor Colinas inquired if the Council is interested in attending the AWC Regional meeting on October 5^th, this would require that we cancel the Workshop meeting on that evening.

Councilmember Corpron-Smith made a MOTION to cancel the October 5, 2010 Workshop meeting. Councilmember Kaemingk SECONDED. Motion Carried.

Councilmember Steele reported that the ESCA board will be looking at the interlocal agreement as it has not been revised since 1994. She reported that the AWC-RMSA has a new claims manager Jerry Porterfield.
