January 20, 2015
Mayor Colinas called the regular Brier City Council
Meeting to order at 7:01:07 PM and the flag salute was dispensed with.
Roll Call:
PRESENT: Mayor Colinas;
Councilmember Gallagher, Joplin, Kaemingk, Krienke, Nick and Steele.
ABSENT: Councilmember
Olson.
STAFF: City
Clerk-Treasurer Swisher; City Planner Gaudette.
Public
Requests & Oral Communications: None.
Reports of
Committees & City Officials:
Councilmember Nick attended the Parks Board meeting
on January 14th.
Councilmember Steele attended the Audit exit
conference on January 14th and an ESCA meeting on January 15th.
Councilmember Kaemingk will attend the Planning
Commission meeting tomorrow evening January 21st.
Councilmember Gallagher attended the Library Board
meeting on January 14th.
Councilmember Joplin attended the Audit exit
conference on January 14th.
Approval
of Minutes:
Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of the Brier City
Council Minutes of January 13, 2015. Councilmember
Nick made a MOTION to approve the Brier City Council Minutes of
January 13, 2015. Councilmember Gallagher SECONDED.
Motion Carried.
Miscellaneous
Business by Call of Councilmembers & City Officials: None.
Auditing
of Accounts:
Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of the January 2015
Claim Checks. Councilmember
Steele made a MOTION to approve the January 2015 Claim Checks No.
28235 through No. 28247 in the amount of $459,423.84.
Councilmember Joplin SECONDED. Motion
Carried.
Adjournment
Mayor Colinas declared the meeting adjourned to workshop at 7:04:13 PM.
