Chris Fry, Brier, has a neighbor whose dogs bark all day long. He is use to it and it doesn’t really bother him that much but another neighbor is going around asking everyone if it bothers them so that they can come and make a complaint. He asked if the dog would be removed if there were enough complaints.

Brian Haney, Brier, stated that it occurred to him during the conversation regarding possibly contracting our police services that no one else has asked what else contributes to our low crime rate. He believes that it is not all directly related to our police officers but that there are many other factors that contribute to our low crime rate that need to be factored in when considering this issue.
