Mayor Colinas called the regular Brier City Council Meeting to order at 7:00:12 PM  and the flag salute was given.

Roll Call:

PRESENT:                                  Mayor Colinas; Councilmember Gallagher, Joplin, Kaemingk, Krienke, Nick and Steele.

ABSENT:                                    Councilmember Olson.

Public Requests & Oral Communications: None.

Reports of Committees & City Officials:

Councilmember Gallagher attended the Planning Commission meeting on February 17^th.

Mayor Colinas reported that he has been working with the Library to get it painted on the inside. The bids that have come in are very high and he is still working on it.

Approval of Minutes:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of the Brier City Council Minutes of February 9, 2016. Councilmember Nick made a MOTION to approve the Brier City Council Minutes of February 9, 2016. Councilmember Gallagher SECONDED. Motion Carried.

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of the Brier City Council Workshop Minutes of February 16, 2016. Councilmember Gallagher made a MOTION to approve the Brier City Council Workshop Minutes of February 16, 2016. Councilmember Joplin SECONDED. Motion Carried.

Consent Agenda:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval Consent Agenda which includes the Interlocal Agreement with Edmonds School district for school key access in the event of emergencies and the re-appointment of Bob Thorpe to the Planning Commission in Position No. 5, with a term set to expire January 31, 2018. Councilmember Gallagher made a MOTION to approve the consent agenda as stated above. Councilmember Steele SECONDED. Motion Carried.

Miscellaneous Business by Call of Councilmembers & City Officials

Mayor Colinas stated that we do not have any business for the workshop meeting. Councilmember Nick made a MOTION to cancel the Brier City Council Workshop meeting of March 1, 2016. Councilmember Gallagher SECONDED. Motion Carried.
