Mayor Colinas called the regular Brier City Council Meeting to order at 7:00 PM and the flag salute was given.

Present: Mayor Colinas, Councilmember Gallagher, Kaemingk, Krienke, Nick, Steele.

Absent: Councilmember Joplin and Thorpe.

Staff: Planner Flathman.

Public Requests & Oral Communications:

Report given by Monte Marti of the Snohomish Conservation district.

Reports of Committees & City Officials:

Councilmember Kaemingk attended the Library Board meeting September 20^th where he met the new Library Board Member and discussed the Library sign. Councilmember Steele reviewed Claim Checks on September 23^rd. Councilmember Nick attended the Parks Board meeting on September 13^th.

Approval of Minutes:

Public Hearings:

Mayor Colinas opened discussion of Ordinance No. 447. City Planner Jennifer Flathman gave a brief overview of the amendments to Ordinance No. 447. Mayor Colinas opened the Public Hearing on Ordinance No. 447, amending the Capital Facilities Element of the Comprehensive Plan at 7:51 PM. Mayor Colinas closed the Public Hearing at 7:52 PM.

Moved by Councilmember Steele, Seconded by Councilmember Gallagher. Motion Carried.
