Mayor Colinas called the regular Brier City Council Meeting to order at 7:00 PM.

Roll Call:

Present: Mayor Colinas, Councilmember Gallagher, Joplin, Kaemingk, Krienke, Nick, Steele and Thorpe.

Staff: Clerk-Treasurer Swisher

Public Requests & Oral Communications: None.

Reports of Committees & City Officials:

Councilmember Gallagher attended the Planning Commission meeting on October 18^th.

Councilmember Steele reviewed the claim checks on October 21^st.

Councilmember Nick attended the Park Board meeting on October 11^th.

Approval of Minutes:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of the Brier City Council Minutes of October 10, 2017. Motion: Approve the Brier City Council Minutes of October 10, 2017. Moved by Councilmember Nick, Seconded by Councilmember Gallagher. Motion Carried.

Miscellaneous Business by Call of Councilmembers & City Officials None.

Auditing of Accounts:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of the October 2017 Claim Checks. Motion: Approve the October 2017 Claim Checks No. 32381 through No. 32421 in the amount of $117,978.11, Moved by Councilmember Steele, Seconded by Councilmember Kaemingk. Motion Carried.
