Mayor Colinas called the regular Brier City Council Meeting to order at 7:00 PM and the flag salute was given.

Roll Call:

Present: Mayor Colinas, Councilmembers Gallagher, Joplin, Kaemingk, Krienke, Nick, Steele, and Thorpe.

Public Requests & Oral Communications:

Mayor Colinas introduced Senator Palumbo's presentation of the Grant for ADA Ramp Upgrades in the Brierwood Neighborhood. Senator Palumbo, along with Representatives Stanford and Kloba gave a brief presentation and presented the Council with a check for $115,000. Mayor Colinas called for a 10 minute recess at 7:07 PM for photos to be taken. Meeting resumed at 7:17 PM.

Reports of Committees & City Officials:

Councilmember Gallagher attended the Planning Commission Meeting on June 20^th.

Councilmember Steele reviewed the Claims on June 23^rd.

Approval of Minutes:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of the Brier City Council Minutes of June 12, 2018. Motion: Approve the Brier City Council Minutes of June 12, 2018. Moved by Councilmember Nick, Seconded by Councilmember Gallagher.

Miscellaneous Business by Call of Councilmembers & City Officials:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration to cancel the July 3^rd Council Workshop Meeting. Motion: Approve cancellation of the July 3^rd Council Workshop Meeting. Moved by Councilmember Krienke, Seconded by Councilmember Gallagher. Motion Carried.

Auditing of Accounts:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of the June 2018 Claim Checks. Motion: Approve the June 2018 Claim Checks No. 33132 through No. 33135, No. 333148 through No. 33195 and EFT Transactions in the amount of $183,134.30. Moved by Councilmember Steele, Seconded by Councilmember Nick. Motion Carried.
