Mayor Colinas called the regular Brier City Council Meeting to order at 7:00 PM.

Roll Call:

Present: Mayor Colinas, Councilmember Gallagher, Joplin, Kaemingk, Krienke, Nick, Steele and Thorpe.

Staff: Clerk-Treasurer Swisher.

Public Requests & Oral Communications: None.

Reports of Committees & City Officials:

Mayor Colinas asked how many of the Council attended the Music in the Park event. The Council reported on the event.

Councilmember Steele reviewed claim checks over the weekend.

Approval of Minutes:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of the Brier City Council Minutes of July 10, 2018. Motion: Approve the Brier City Council Minutes of July 10, 2018. Moved by Councilmember Nick, Seconded by Councilmember Gallagher. Motion Carried.

New Business, Petitions, Communications, Application Appeals:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of the Mayor's signature on the Local and Community Projects Grant State of Washington (ADA Ramps Brierwood). Motion: Approve the Mayor's signature on the Local and Community Projects Grant State of Washington (ADA Ramps Brierwood). Moved by Councilmember Steele, Seconded by Councilmember Joplin. Motion Carried.

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of the Mayor's signature on the Developer Extension Agreement for a Developer Installed Sewer Line on 25^th Ave W. Motion: Approve the Mayor's signature on the Developer Extension Agreement for a Developer Installed Sewer Line on 25^th Ave W. Moved by Councilmember Gallagher, Seconded by Councilmember Nick. Motion Carried.

Auditing of Accounts:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of the July 2018 Claim Checks.  Motion: Approve the July 2018 Claim Checks No. 33260 through No. 33287 in the amount of $61,560.49. Moved by Councilmember Steele, Seconded by Councilmember Gallagher. Motion Carried.
