Mayor Colinas called the regular Brier City Council Meeting to order at 7:02 PM.

Roll Call

Present: Mayor Colinas, Councilmembers Gallagher, Joplin, Kaemingk, Nick, Steele and Thorpe.

Absent: Councilmember Krienke.

Public Requests & Oral Communications:

A letter addressed to Mayor and Councilmembers was dropped off at city hall by Richard Balser and was distributed at the meeting.

Reports of Committees & City Officials:

Councilmember Nick will be attending Library board meeting on March 13th.

Councilmember Steele reviewed claims checks on March 9th.

Approval of Minutes:

Consideration of BIDS, L.I.D.S & Related Matters:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval to award the bid for the 2019 ADA Ramp Construction Project to Trinity Contractors in an amount not to exceed $135,000.00. Ordinances, Resolutions & Orders:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of Resolution No. 575, accepting the Periodic Review of the Shoreline Master Plan. Mayor Colinas asked if there was any interest in cancelling the workshop meeting for next week. Motion: Cancel the March 19 Brier City Council Workshop meeting. Moved by Councilmember Kaemingk, Seconded by Councilmember Nick. Motion Carried

Auditing of Accounts:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of the February 2019 Payroll Checks. Approve the February 2019 Payroll Checks No. 40458 through No. 40461 and No. 40488 through No. 40492 and EFTs in the amount of $190,517.54. Moved by Councilmember Steele, Seconded by Councilmember Thorpe. Motion Carried.

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of the February 2019 Claim Checks. Approve the February 2019 Claim Checks No. 40493 through No. 40534 in the amount of $150,345.74. Moved by Councilmember Steele, Seconded by Councilmember Joplin. Motion Carried.
