Mayor Colinas called the regular Brier City Council Meeting to order at 7:00 PM and the flag salute was given.

Roll Call:

Present: Mayor Colinas, Councilmembers Joplin, Kaemingk, Krienke, Nick, Steele and Thorpe.

Absent: Councilmember Gallagher.

Staff: Clerk-Treasurer Swisher and Planner Flathman.

Public Requests & Oral Communications: None.

Reports of Committees & City Officials:

Councilmember Thorpe attended the Parks Board meeting on November 13^th.

Councilmember Steele reviewed claims checks on November 23th.

Approval of Minutes:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration to approve the Brier City Council Minutes of November 12, 2019. Motion: Approve the Brier City Council Minutes of November 12, 2019. Moved by Councilmember Nick, Seconded by Councilmember Steele. Motion Carried.

Mayor Colinas opened consideration of the 231^st ST SW Sewer Extension Latecomers Reimbursement Agreement. Planner Flathman gave a brief overview of the process to change the agreement.

Mayor Colinas opened the Public Hearing at 7:05 PM.

Cheryl Adams, Brier, (2521) asked what the final linear footage for her property is now.

Mayor Colinas closed the Public Hearing at 7:08 PM

Motion: Authorize the Mayor's signature on the 231^st ST SW Sewer Extension Latecomers Reimbursement Agreement. Moved by Councilmember Thorpe, Seconded by Councilmember Krienke. Motion Carried.

Miscellaneous Business by Call of Councilmembers & City Officials:

Mayor Colinas asked for consideration to cancel the December 3^rd Council Workshop meeting. Motion: Cancel the December 3rd Council Workshop meeting. Moved by Councilmember Kaemingk, Seconded by Councilmember Nick. Motion Carried.

Councilmember Steele asked when the horse arena will be ready to open again.

Auditing of Accounts:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of the November 2019 Claim Checks. 7:21 PM Motion: Approve the November 2019 Claim Checks No. 41187 through No. 41190, Checks No. 41196 through No. 41223 and EFT transactions in the amount of $77,558.94 Moved by Councilmember Steele, Seconded by Councilmember Kaemingk. Motion Carried.
