Mayor Colinas called the regular Brier City Council Meeting to order at 7:00 PM and the flag salute was given.

Councilmember Kaemingk reviewed claims checks on Monday, January 27^th.

Councilmember Gallagher attended the Planning Commission meeting last week.

Councilmember Joplin attended the Snohomish County Public Health meeting last week.

Approval of Minutes:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration the release of the Hoffart Short Plat SP17-02 Erosion Control Bond in the amount of $28,725.00. Motion: Approve the release of the Hoffart Short Plat SP17-02 Erosion Control Bond in the amount of $28,725.00. Moved by Councilmember Kaemingk, Seconded by Councilmember Krienke. Motion Carried.

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration the release of the Himple Short Plat SP17-01 Erosion Control Bond in the amount of $27,562.50.00. Mayor Colinas further explained the time frame for ordering vehicles that are purchased from the Washington State Contract.

Auditing of Accounts:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of the December 31, 2019 Claim Checks. Motion: Approve the December 31, 2019 Claim Checks No. 41355 and 41356, Checks No. 41358 through No. 41363 and EFT transactions in the amount of $19,064.73. Moved by Councilmember Kaemingk, Seconded by Councilmember Gallagher. Motion Carried.

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of the January 28, 2020 Claim Checks. Motion: Approve the January 28, 2020 Claim Checks No. 41354 and 41357, Checks No. 41364 through No. 41397 in the amount of $530,511.07. Moved by Councilmember Kaemingk, Seconded by Councilmember Gallagher. Motion Carried.
