Mayor Colinas called the regular Brier City Council Meeting to order at 7:02 PM and the flag salute was given.

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of the Final Plat for Subdivision SUB18-01 Vine 13, LLC, located at 2588 Vine Road. Planner Flathman gave a brief overview of the project. Motion: Approve the Final Plat for Subdivision SUB18-01 Vine 13, LLC, located at 2588 Vine Road by Resolution 570.A, accepting conditions listed in the staff report and authorizing the Mayor and City Planner to sign the final Mylar when provided. Clerk-Treasurer Swisher informed the Mayor and Council that she received confirmation of receiving her Master Municipal Clerk status from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks. She thanked them for their support as she worked to achieve this goal.

Auditing of Accounts:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of the February 25, 2020 Claim Checks. Motion: Approve the February 25, 2020 Claim Checks No. 41434 through No. 41459 in the amount of $33,547.52. Moved by Councilmember Kaemingk, Seconded by Councilmember Gallagher.
