Mayor Colinas called the regular Brier City Council Meeting to order at 7:03 PM.

Roll Call:

Present: Mayor Colinas, Councilmembers Gallagher, Kaemingk, Krienke, Nick, Steele and Thorpe.

Absent: Councilmember Joplin.

Staff: Clerk-Treasurer Swisher.

Public Requests & Oral Communications: None.

Reports of Committees & City Officials:

Councilmember Kaemingk attended the April 16^th Police Negotiations, reviewed the claim checks on April 25^th and will attend the May 4^th Police Negotiations.

Councilmember Krienke attended the April 16^th Police Negotiations and will attend the May 4^th Police Negotiations.

Approval of Minutes:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of the Brier City Council Minutes of April 14, 2020. Motion: Approve the Brier City Council Minutes of April 14, 2020. Moved by Councilmember Nick, Seconded by Councilmember Gallagher. Motion Carried.

New Business, Petitions, Communications, Application Appeals:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration the release of the Tree Performance Assurance Bond for the Arcadia 29^th Ave Short Plat SP17-03, located at 2818 228^th St SW in the amount of $18,900.00. Moved by Councilmember Steele, Seconded by Councilmember Krienke. Motion Carried.

Miscellaneous Business by Call of Councilmembers & City Officials:

Mayor Colinas stated that we have no business for the May 5^th Council Workshop meeting. Motion: Cancel the Council Workshop meeting of May 5, 2020. Moved by Councilmember Gallagher, Seconded by Councilmember Nick. Motion Carried.

Auditing of Accounts:

Mayor Colinas opened for consideration approval of the April 2020 Claim Checks. Motion: Approve the April 2020 Claim Check No. 41581, Checks No. 41585 through No. 41606 and EFT transactions in the amount of $81,827.61. Moved by Councilmember Kaemingk, Seconded by Councilmember Gallagher. Motion Carried.
