Mayor Kaemingk called the regular Brier City Council Meeting to order at 7:00 PM.

Roll Call:

Present: Mayor Kaemingk, Councilmembers Gallagher, Joplin, Krienke, Lockhart, Marley, Nick and Rosman.

Staff:Clerk-Treasurer Swisher.

Public Requests & Oral Communications: None.

Reports of Committees & City Officials:

Councilmember Gallagher attended the Community Transit meeting on May 6^th and reported that the Northgate Station is due to reopen in October.

Councilmember Nick reviewed the claim checks May 7^th.

Councilmember Joplin stated that the legislature passed a bill to the reorganize the regional health districts.

Mayor Kaemingk reported that he and Clerk-Treasurer Swisher attend the AWC Labor Relations Institute virtually last Wednesday through Friday.

Approval of Minutes:

New Business:

Mayor Kaemingk opened for consideration the release of the Land Disturbing Activity Bond for JM1 Holdings for the culvert replacement on 214^th St. SW, in the amount of $20,319.00 Motion: Approve the release of the Land Disturbing Activity Bond for JM1 Holdings for the culvert replacement on 214^th St. SW, in the amount of $20,319.00.Moved by Councilmember Nick, Seconded by Councilmember Marley. Auditing of Accounts:

Mayor Kaemingk opened for consideration approval of the April 2021 Payroll Checks Motion: Approve the April 2021 Payroll Checks No. 42580 through No. 42586 and EFT transactions in the amount of $147,537.85. Moved by Councilmember Nick, Seconded by Councilmember Gallagher. Motion Carried.

Mayor Kaemingk opened for consideration approval of the April 2021 Claim Checks. otion: Approve the April 2021 Claim Checks No. 42611 through No. 42643 in the amount of $115,810.61. Moved by Councilmember Nick, Seconded by Councilmember Gallagher. Motion Carried.
