Chairman Lavoie called the Brier Planning Commission meeting to order at 7:01 PM.

ROLL CALL:

Present:            Commissioners Michael Lavoie, Gene Funk, Allyn Chrisman, David Marley, and Brandon Brock, with Commissioner Allyn Chrisman arriving at 7:05 PM..

Absent:             Commissioners Sue Wahlgren, and Jim Hodgen.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

Chairman Lavoie opened for consideration approval of the October 15, 2003 Planning Commission minutes. Commissioner Lavoie moved and Commissioner Marley seconded to postpone the approval of the October 15, 2003 minutes to  the December Planning Commission meeting.  Motion Carried with Commissioner Brock abstaining.

COMMITTEE REPORTS: Councilmember Warner introduced Wayne Kaske as interim Director for the City.

Mr. Kaske gave a report on the different developments in the City.

OLD BUSINESS – PUBLIC HEARING – CONTINUED:

SHORT PLAT APPLICATION #SP03-02 BY GRACE MOORE/ED WALKER LOCATED AT 21206 POPLAR WAY, BRIER, TO BE CONTINUED TO JANUARY 21, 2004 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING.

Short Plat Application #SP03-02 by Grace Moore/Ed Walker located at 21206 Poplar Way, Brier has been continued to the January 21, 2004 Planning Commission meeting.

PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ORDINANCE 294.A.

Chairman Lavoie opened the Public Hearing for Ordinance 294.A at 7:13 PM.

Wayne Kaske explained Ordinance 294.A.

Ed Walker - 21206 Poplar Way – Mr. Walker asked for clarification of Ordinance 294.A.

Chairman Lavoie closed the Public Hearing at 7:21 PM.

There were no other comments.

NEW BUSINESS – PUBLIC HEARINGS:

CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION #CU03-004 AND VARIANCE APPLICATION #V03-004 BY AT&T WIRELESS LOCATED AT 4006 236^TH ST SW, BRIER.

Mr. Kaske explained what is happening with the Conditional Use Application.

Chairman Lavoie moved and Commissioner Brock seconded to continue Conditional Use Application #CU03-004 and Variance Application #V03-004 by AT&T Wireless located at 4006 235^th ST SW, Brier until they bring in the required material.  Motion Carried.
