Re-approval of November 1, 2006 Planning Commission Meeting. Commissioner Lavoie motioned to approve Nov 1, 2007 minutes and since he was absent from that meeting, his motion is null & void. The motion must be made by a Commissioner in attendance of meeting which were Commissioners Steele, Funk & Marley.
