ROLL CALL: Present: Commissioners Michael Lavoie, Gene Funk, Kerin Steele, David Marley, Bob Thorpe, Marc Olson and Kim Smith Absent: APPROVAL OF MINUTES: None COMMITTEE REPORTS: None NEW BUSINESS - PUBLIC HEARINGS: None OLD BUSINESS: None MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS: Meeting was held in order to have a joint meeting with the City Council regarding a Presentation from the Association of Washington Cities regarding "Land Use Decision Making".
