Chairman Marley called the Brier Planning Commission meeting to order at 7:04:17 PM.

ROLL CALL:

PRESENT:                                  Commissioner Marley, Joplin, Scott, Smith, Magnuson; Councilmember Kaemingk.

ABSENT:                                    Olson and Thorpe.

STAFF:                                       City Planner Gaudette.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

Chairman Marley opened for consideration approval of the November 18, 2009 Planning Commission minutes. The minutes were not approved due to lack of quorum for the November 18, 2009 Planning Commission minutes.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

Councilmember Kaemingk went over recent City Council activity.

PUBLIC HEARINGS:

The public hearing for Conditional Use Permit #CU09-002 was canceled due to the applicant withdrawing his proposal.

OLD BUSINESS:

The Commissioners discussed a variety of ideas for updating the Critical Areas Ordinance.

Commissioner Scott made a MOTION to adjourn. Commissioner Smith SECONDED. Meeting adjourned 7:15:30 PM.
