BRIER PLANNING COMMISSION MINIUTES

Chairman Marley called the
Brier Planning Commission meeting to order at 7:06:02 PM.
ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: Commissioner Marley,
Smith, Joplin and Perry. Commissioner Magnuson
arrived at 7:07:40 PM; Commissioner Thorpe arrived at 7:43:15 PM; Councilmember Kaemingk.
ABSENT: Commissioner Scott.
STAFF: City Planner Gaudette.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Chairman Marley opened for consideration approval of
the February 17, 2010 Planning Commission minutes. Commissioner
Thorpe made a MOTION approve the February 17, 2010 Planning
Commission minutes. Commissioner Magnuson SECONDED.
Motion Carried. Chairman Marley and Commissioner Smith abstained.
Chairman Marley opened for
consideration approval of the March 17, 2010 Planning Commission minutes. Commissioner Thorpe made a MOTION to approve
the March 17, 2010 Planning Commission minutes.
Commissioner Smith SECONDED. Motion Carried. Commissioners Magnuson and Perry abstained.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Councilmember Kaemingk discussed recent
City Council activity.
OLD BUSINESS:
City
Planner Gaudette updated the Commission on 4 active short plats within the City,
the Sunbrook Plat and the progress of the fire station.
ADJOURNMENT:
Commissioner
Smith made a MOTION to adjourn. Commissioner Magnuson SECONDED.
