Chairman Marley called the Brier Planning Commission meeting to order at 7:01:16 PM.

ROLL CALL:

PRESENT:                                  Commissioner Marley, Smith, Joplin, Magnuson, Scott, Myers and Weston; Councilmember Nick.

STAFF:                                       City Planner Gaudette.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

Chairman Marley opened for consideration approval of the October 20, 2010 Planning Commission minutes. Commissioner Weston made a MOTION to approve the October 20, 2010 Planning Commission minutes. Commissioner Magnuson SECONDED. Motion Carried.  Commissioners Smith, Myers and Scott abstained.

Chairman Marley opened for consideration approval of the November 17, 2010 Planning Commission minutes. Commissioner Joplin made a MOTION to approve the November 17, 2010 Planning Commission minutes. Commissioner Smith SECONDED. Motion Carried. Commissioner Magnuson and Myers abstained.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

Councilmember Nick discussed recent City Council activity.

NEW BUSINESS:

City Planner Gaudette gave a brief overview of current and upcoming projects throughout the City. She also discussed the upcoming code revisions.
