Chairman Marley called the Brier Planning Commission meeting to order at 7:08:47 PM.

ROLL CALL:

PRESENT:                                  Commissioner Marley, Weston and Myers. Commissioner Magnuson arrived at 7:19:01 PM.

ABSENT:                                    Commissioner Smith, Joplin, and Scott;

STAFF:                                       City Planner Gaudette.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

Chairman Marley opened for consideration approval of the April 20, 2011 Planning Commission minutes. The minutes were not approved due to lack of quorum of Commissioners who were present at the April 20, 2011 meeting.

PUBLIC REQUESTS & ORAL COMMUNICATIONS:  None.

NEW BUSINESS:

Chairman Marley opened for Amy Summe from the Watershed Company and Ferdouse Oneza from ICF, the shoreline management planning consultants, to lead a discussion on possible goals and policies of the new Shoreline Management Program.

MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS:

City Planner Gaudette gave an overview of what will be presented to the Planning Commission in the coming months.

ADJOURNMENT:

Commissioner Weston made a MOTION to adjourn.  Commissioner Magnuson SECONDED. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 8:57:43 PM.
