Chairman Pro-tem Weston called the Brier Planning Commission
meeting to order at 7:01:40 PM.

PRESENT: Commissioner Kolden, Scott, Weston, Myers and Carroll.
ABSENT: Commissioner Marley and
Smith; Councilmember Kaemingk.
STAFF: City Planner Gaudette.
APPROVAL
OF MINUTES:
Chairman Pro-tem Weston opened for consideration approval of
the July 18, 2012 Planning Commission minutes. There was not a quorum to approve the July 18, 2012 Planning Commission
minutes.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Councilmember
Kaemingk discussed recent City Council activity.
PUBLIC REQUESTS &
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: None.
MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS:
City Planner Gaudette introduced our newest Commissioner, Bill Kolden.
Chairman Pro-tem Weston opened for a training/refresher on
Robert’s Rules of Order. City Clerk-Treasurer Swisher explained the importance
of following the Robert’s Rules of Order. She gave a detailed explanation for
the proper flow of a meeting.
