Chairman Marley called the Brier Planning Commission meeting to order at 7:04:02 PM.

ROLL CALL:

PRESENT:                                  Commissioner Marley, Weston, Myers, Carroll and Bowles; Councilmember Kaemingk.

ABSENT:                                    Commissioner Scott and Kolden.

STAFF:                                       City Planner Gaudette.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

Chairman Marley opened for consideration approval of the November 7, 2012 Planning Commission minutes. Commissioner Carroll made a MOTION to approve the November 7, 2012 Planning Commission minutes. Commissioner Weston SECONDED. Motion Carried. Commissioner Bowles abstained.

Chairman Marley opened for consideration approval of the February 20, 2013 Planning Commission minutes. Commissioner Weston made a MOTION to approve the February 20, 2013 Planning Commission minutes. Commissioner Marley SECONDED. Motion Carried. Commissioners Bowles, Carroll and Myers abstained.

Councilmember Kaemingk discussed recent City Council activity.

NEW BUSINESS:

Chairman Marley opened for discussion new Stormwater Regulations. City Planner Gaudette went through each item that needs to be updated in our Brier Municipal Code in regards to Stormwater. The change will consolidate Stormwater regulations from 5 BMC Chapters to place all regulations into Title 21. There was Commissioner discussion.
