Chairman Marley called the Brier Planning Commission meeting to order at 7:04:58 PM.

ROLL CALL:

PRESENT:                                  Commissioner Marley, Weston, Rosman and Wirch; Councilmember Kaemingk.

ABSENT:                                    Commissioner Scott, Myers and Carroll.

STAFF:                                       City Planner Gaudette.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

Chairman Marley opened for consideration approval of the October 16, 2013 Planning Commission minutes. Commissioner Weston made a MOTION to approve the October 16, 2013 Planning Commission minutes. Commissioner Wirch SECONDED. Motion Carried. Commissioner Rosman abstained.

Chairman Marley opened for consideration approval of the January 15, 2014 Planning Commission minutes. Commissioner Weston made a MOTION to approve the January 15, 2014 Planning Commission minutes. Commissioner Wirch SECONDED. Motion Carried. Commissioner Rosman abstained.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

Councilmember Kaemingk discussed recent City Council activity.

PUBLIC REQUESTS & ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: None.

NEW BUSINESS:

Chairman Marley opened for discussion the 2015 Comprehensive Plan. City Planner Gaudette advised the Land Use, Capital Facilities, Transportation and Parks and Recreation Elements will all need to be updated. City Planner Gaudette suggested they start with reviewing the Capital Facility and Utility Elements.
