Chairman Marley called the Brier Planning Commission meeting to order at 7:01:12 PM.

ROLL CALL:

ABSENT:                                    Commissioner Scott.

STAFF:                                       City Planner Gaudette.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

Chairman Marley opened for consideration approval of the January 21, 2015 Planning Commission minutes. Commissioner Rosman made a MOTION to approve the January 21, 2015 Planning Commission minutes. Commissioner Wirch SECONDED. Motion Carried.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

Councilmember Kaemingk discussed recent City Council activity.

PUBLIC REQUESTS & ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: None.

NEW BUSINESS:

Chairman Marley opened for review the draft Parks Element of the Comprehensive Plan. City Planner Gaudette gave a detailed list of the updates.

MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS:

Commissioner Weston complimented City Planner Gaudette on a great job working on updating the Comprehensive Plan.

Chairman Marley opened for discussion nominations for a new Chair and Chair Pro-Tem. Commissioner Carroll made a MOTION to nominate Commissioner Weston for Chair. Commissioner DeMorett SECONDED. Motion carried.

Commissioner Weston made a MOTION to nominate Commissioner Rosman to Chair Pro-Tem. Commissioner Wirch SECONDED. Motion carried.

City Planner Gaudette gave an overview of upcoming and completed projects within the City.
