ROLL CALL:

Present: Commissioners Marley, Rosman, Jonart and Hanson. Councilmember Gallagher.

Absent: Commissioners Weston, Scott, and DeMorret.

Staff: City Planner Flathman

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

Chairman Marley opened for consideration approval of the August 16, 2017 Planning Commission minutes. Motion: Approve the August 16, 2017 Planning Commission minutes, Moved by Commissioner Rosman, Seconded by Commissioner Jonart. Motion Carried.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

Councilmember Gallagher discussed recent City Council activity.

PUBLIC REQUESTS & ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: None.

MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS:

Chairman Marley opened for review the 2017 Planning Commission Annual Report. City Planner Flathman gave a review of the Annual Report.

Motion: Approve the 2017 Planning Commission Annual Report, Moved by Commissioner Rosman, Seconded by Commissioner Jonart. Motion Carried.
