Chairman Marley called the Brier Planning Commission meeting to order at 7:02 PM.

ROLL CALL:

Present: Commissioner Marley, Commissioner Rosman, Commissioner DeMorret, Commissioner Jonart, Commissioner Scott, Councilmember Gallagher (Not voting). Commissioner Weston arrived at 7:14 PM.

Absent: Commissioner Hanson.

Staff: City Planner Flathman

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

Chairman Marley opened for consideration approval of the October 18, 2017 Planning Commission minutes. Motion: Approve the October 18, 2017 Planning Commission minutes, Moved by Commissioner Rosman, Seconded by Commissioner Scott. Motion Carried.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

Councilmember Gallagher discussed recent City Council activity.

PUBLIC REQUESTS & ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: None.

MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS:

A.       Chairman Marley opened for review future code amendments. City Planner Flathman gave a review of upcoming code amendments.

B.       Chairman Marley opened the floor for City Planner Flathman to share the Comprehensive Plan amendments.
