BRIER PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
September 19, 2018
7:00 PM
Chairman Marley called the Brier Planning Commission meeting to order at 7:02 PM.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissioner Marley, Commissioner Kolden, Commissioner Weston, Commissioner Rosman, Commissioner DeMorret, Councilmember Gallagher and Planner Flathman.
Absent: Commissioner Jonart and Commissioner Hanson.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Chairman Marley opened for consideration approval of the August 15, 2018 Planning Commission minutes. Motion: Approve the August 15, 2018 Planning Commission minutes. Moved by Commissioner Rosman, Seconded by Commissioner Scott. Motion Carried.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Councilmember Gallagher discussed recent City Council activity.
PUBLIC REQUESTS & ORAL COMMUNICATIONS:
John Dunne of Brier, addressed the Commission for clarification of the City's Variance process.
Commissioner Weston excused herself from the meeting at 7:08 PM.
NEW BUSINESS:
Chairman Marley opened for discussion the periodic review of Brier Municipal Code, Title 20, Shoreline Master Program. City Planner Flathman gave an overview of the proposed work plan.
Commissioner Rosman asked if future annexations would affect the Shoreline areas.
ADJOURNMENT:
Motion: Adjourn. Moved by Commissioner DeMorret, Seconded by Commissioner Rosman. Motion Carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:22 PM.
