Chairman Marley called the Brier Planning Commission meeting to order at 7:00 PM.

ROLL CALL:

Present: Commissioner Marley, DeMorret, Hanson and Kolden. Commissioner Weston arrived at 7:04 PM.

Absent: Commissioner Rosman, Jonart and Councilmember Gallagher.

Staff: City Planner Flathman.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

Chairman Marley opened for consideration approval of the October 17, 2018 Planning Commission minutes. Motion: Approve the October 17, 2018 Planning Commission minutes. Moved by Commissioner Kolden, Seconded by Commissioner Hanson. Motion Carried.

PUBLIC REQUESTS & ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: None.

PUBLIC HEARINGS:

Chairman Marley opened the Public Hearing for Code Amendment No. CA18-03, Brier Municipal Code (BMC) Title 17 short term rentals at 7:02 PM.

City Planner Flathman described the additions and changes to BMC Title 17.

The Commissioners asked some clarifying questions.

The Public Hearing closed at 7:06 PM.

Motion: Recommend approval to City Council, Code Amendment No. CA18-03, Brier Municipal Code Title 17 short term rentals. Moved by Commissioner DeMorret, Seconded by Commissioner Kolden. Motion Carried
