Chairman Marley called the Brier Planning Commission meeting to
order at 7:00 PM.

CALL:
Present: Commissioner Marley, Rosman, DeMorret, Jonart, Kolden and
Councilmember Gallagher. Commissioner Hanson arrived at 7:03 PM.
Absent: Commissioner Weston.
Staff: City Planner Flathman.
APPROVAL
OF MINUTES:

Marley opened for consideration approval of
the November 21, 2018 Planning Commission minutes. Motion: Approve the November 21, 2018 Planning Commission minutes, Moved by Commissioner DeMorret,
Seconded by Commissioner Kolden. Motion Carried.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Councilmember
Gallagher discussed recent City Council activity.
PUBLIC REQUESTS &
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: None.
NEW BUSINESS:

Marley opened for discussion for nominations of Planning Commission Chair
and Pro-Tem.
Motion: Nominate Commissioner Marley for Chair,
Moved by Commissioner Rosman, Seconded by Commissioner DeMorret.
Motion Carried.
Motion: Nominate Commissioner DeMorret for
Pro-Tem, Moved by Commissioner
Marley, Seconded by Commissioner
Rosman. Motion Carried.

Marley opened for discussion notice of Comprehensive Plan Amendments
announcement. City Planner Flathman presented the announcement for
Comprehensive Plan Amendments.
MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS:
City
Planner Flathman gave an update of upcoming projects.
