BRIER PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
February 20, 2019
7:00 PM
Chairman Marley called the Brier Planning Commission meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissioners Marley, Rosman, DeMorret, Hanson and Kolden. Commissioner Jonart arrived at 7:04 PM.
Absent: Commissioner Weston, and Councilmember Gallagher.
Staff: Planner Flathman.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Chairman Marley opened for consideration approval of the January 16, 2019 Planning Commission minutes. Motion: Approve the January 16, 2019 Planning Commission minutes, Moved by Commissioner Rosman, Seconded by Commissioner Kolden. Motion Carried
COMMITTEE REPORTS: None.
PUBLIC REQUESTS & ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: None.
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
Chairman Marley opened the Public Hearing for the Periodic Review of the Shoreline Master Program at 7:02 PM.
Planner Flathman reviewed the proposed Finding of Adequacy for the Shoreline Master Program.
Commissioner Rosman suggested to add under 2017 a., "are exempt" and under 2009 c., quantify what the term "Brier has an extremely small shoreline" means.
The Public Hearing closed at 7:09 PM.
Motion: Recommend approval to City Council, a Resolution concerning the Shoreline Master Program Periodic Review, Moved by Commissioner DeMorret, Seconded by Commissioner Jonart. Motion Carried.
ADJOURNMENT:
Motion: Adjourn, Moved by Commissioner Hanson, Seconded by Commissioner Kolden. Motion Carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:10 PM.
