BRIER PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES

Chairman Marley called the
Brier Planning Commission meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissioner Marley,
Rosman, DeMorret, Jonart, Hanson and Councilmember Gallagher. Commissioner Weston arrived at 7:04 PM.
Absent: Commissioner Kolden.
Staff: Planner Flathman
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Chairman
Marley opened
for consideration approval of the September 18, 2019 Planning Commission
minutes. Motion: Approve the
September 18, 2019 Planning Commission minutes, Moved by Commissioner Rosman, Seconded
by Commissioner DeMorret. Motion Carried.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Councilmember Gallagher discussed
recent City Council activity.
PUBLIC REQUESTS & ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: None.
OLD BUSINESS:
Chairman
Marley informed the Commissioners that Restoration Associates NW has withdrawn
their application for conditional use in the Neighborhood Business Zone at
23711 Brier Road.
MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS:
Chairman Marley opened for review the
2019 Planning Commission Annual Report. City Planner Flathman gave a review of
the report.
Motion:
Recommend approval to the City Council of the 2019 Planning Commission Annual
Report with a correction to the October 16, 2019 meeting, Moved by Commissioner Rosman, Seconded
by Commissioner Hanson. Motion Carried.
ADJOURNMENT:
Motion: Adjourn, Moved by Commissioner DeMorret, Seconded by Commissioner Weston. Motion
Carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:07 PM.
