No injuries reported. Male combative and exhibited signs of being under the influence of drugs. He was transported to the hospital for evaluation. Charges pending. TRAFFIC. 21700 Vine Rd. 24 year of age white male driving a 2000 Toyota Tundra stopped for speeding. Record check showed his driving status suspended. Citation issued for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and infraction issued for Speeding. JUNE 24, 2006 AGENCY ASSIST. I-5 / 220 St SW. Assist WA State Patrol with containment of subject involved in a felony hit and run injury collision. Subject arrested and placed into custody of WA State Patrol. JUNE 25, 2006 TELEPHONE HARASSMENT. 23000 29 Ave W. 50 year of age white female from Brier making threatening phone calls to 45 year of age white male from Brier. Charges pending. SUICIDAL SUBJECT. 24000 31 Ave W. 17 year of age white male from Brier took a large amount of prescription pills and attempted to cut his wrist. He was transported to the hospital for evaluation. RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY. 21600 Poplar Way. 46 year of age white female from Brier reports while she was on vacation, unknown suspect(s) entered her residence and stole her laptop computer. JUNE 26, 2006 TRAFFIC ACCIDENT / STOLEN VEHICLE RECOVERY. 22000 Oak Way. 21 year of age male from Kenmore fell asleep at the wheel and struck a parked vehicle, causing his car to flip over. Parked vehicle was found to have been stolen out of Everett. TRAFFIC. 22500 Old Poplar. 17 year of age white male from Everett driving a 1992 Honda Accord stopped for speeding. He did not have a driver's license or insurance. He initially provided a driver's license that was not his. He was cited for NVOL w/out ID, Displaying License that was not his, speeding, and no proof of insurance. JUNE 27, 2006 TRAFFIC. 22800 Locust Way. 31 year of age white male from Lynnwood driving an illegally equipped race car on the streets in a reckless manner. He was cited for multiple traffic violations. ILLEGAL DUMPING. 3900 Alaska Rd. Unknown person(s) dumped four vehicle tires and two large bags of garbage at the side of the road. JUNE 29, 2006 MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 22800 32 Ave W. Speed sign found broken and lying on the ground. Suspect(s) unknown. SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE. 21900 block Oak Way. Vehicle registered to female in Arlington observed parked on the side of the road. It had a shredded front tire and damage to the steering column and ignition. Vehicle tagged and later impounded. JUNE 17, 2006 VEHICLE PROWL/THEFT. 23600 block of 37 Pl W. 40 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) broke out the passenger windows of a 2005 Chevy pickup and 2002 Nissan Xterra and removed CD's and other miscellaneous items. TRAFFIC. 2900 block of 228 St SW. 41 year of age white male from Sultan driving a 2003 Hummer stopped as check on vehicle plate showed registered owner's driving status suspended. Subject identified as R/O and driving status confirmed. Citation issued for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree. Vehicle released to third party. JUNE 18, 2006 SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. 3400 block of Russet Road. 45 year of age Indian male from Brier reports he heard someone walking in his hallway then knock on his bedroom door. Premises searched and unsecured door located with forced entry damage. No one located in the residence and nothing appeared to be missing. JUNE 19, 2006 MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 2400 block of 237 Pl SW. 47 year of age Asian male from Brier reports someone toilet papered his yard and placed a garden hose at his front door and turned it on causing extensive water damage to the interior of the residence. Larch Way and Poplar Way. 27 year of age white female from Lynnwood reports while driving, a male subject driving a pick up truck was following her and bumping the rear of her vehicle. When they came to an intersection the subject threw eggs at her vehicle. Some of the eggs entered the interior of the vehicle striking her. Pending investigation. The brown area appears to be a random drawing. Victim suspects someone who attends school with her daughter. Two 16 year of age white male subjects from Lake Forest and one 20 year of age white female subject from Berkeley, CA contacted in a wooded area of cemetery property. Odor of marijuana detected. Search of subjects located marijuana and paraphernalia. Subjects were released to parents. The suspect(s) then removed construction equipment belonging to him. Pending investigation.
