SEPTEMBER 22, 2006 SUSPICIOUS PERSON. 3600 block of 216 Dr SW. 48 year of age white female from Brier reports a male subject in her driveway who appeared to be hallucinating and talking to himself. The subject was contacted and transported to requested location for release to third party. TRAFFIC / IDENTITY THEFT. 3200 block of 228 St SW. 22 year of age black male from Bothell driving a 1986 Honda Prelude was stopped for Expired Vehicle License. SEPTEMBER 24, 2006 MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 24100 block of Brier Road. 22 year of age white male from Brier reports he observed a blue Ford Escort occupied by 3 to 4 subjects, drive by his 1977 Cadillac, which was parked on the roadside, and break out its rear window. It appears a pellet gun may have been used. Pending investigation. Driver was identified as R/O and cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree. Vehicle was left legally parked at scene. ATTEMPTED FRAUD. 21500 block of Poplar Way. 73 year of age white female from Brier reports she was contacted via internet by a subject claiming to be employed by a bank in the West Indies and working with the FBI on tax dodging. The subject requested she cash checks for him and wire the money to him. No transactions were completed. SEPTEMBER 27, 2006 TRAFFIC. Vine Road and Nike Manor Road. 43 year of age white female from Lynnwood driving a 2001 Ford pickup was stopped for pulling an unlicensed trailer. SEPTEMBER 18, 2006 ATTEMPTED BURGLARY. 21800 block of Oak Way. 49 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) attempted to smash out a window to his residence in an apparent attempt to gain entry. The window was safety glass and did not break. TRAFFIC. 22800 block of Brier Road. 26 year of age white female from Brier driving a 1997 Ford F350 pickup was stopped as is a known suspended driver.
