NOVEMBER 24, 2006 MISSING PERSON. 28900 block of 216 St SW. 53 year of age Hispanic male from Brier reports his 19 year of age son missing since 111006. Subject entered into system. TRAFFIC. 22200 block of Brier Road. 45 year of age white female from Mountlake Terrace driving a 1992 Dodge Caravan stopped as record check on vehicle license plate showed registered owner's driving status suspended. Driver identified as R/O and cited for Driving While License Suspended 2nd Degree and released. Vehicle impounded. SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE. 22700 block of 23 Av W. Citizen reports dogs barking. Checked residence of complaint and found dogs barking on the front porch with the door wide open. Premises checked with negative results. Homeowner later notified of incident. School official reports unknown person(s) threw golf balls through three of the school building windows. TRAFFIC. 2800 block of 234 St SW. 24 year of age white male from Brier driving a 1991 Honda Accord stopped for defective taillight. Record check revealed his driving status suspended. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released Vehicle left legally parked at scene. NOVEMBER 26, 2006 HARASSMENT. 23100 block of 34 Av W. 46 year of age white male from Brier reports a male subject calling him leaving messages threatening his career. Pending investigation. VEHICLE THEFT. 2000 block of 215 Pl SW. 39 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) took her 2000 Honda Civic from her driveway. Vehicle entered into system as stolen. NOVEMBER 27, 2006 TRAFFIC COLLISION. 21300 block of Poplar Way. 20 year of age white male from Brier driving a 2006 Toyota Scion crossed the centerline into oncoming lane in attempt to maneuver around vehicles stuck in snowy conditions and collided into a 1986 Ford R10 Pickup driven by a 61 year of age white female from Brier. Subject entered into system as missing. Dispatched to out of control subject causing property damage. 19 year of age white male from Brier was located and subsequently arrested for Malicious Mischief 3rd Degree, Resisting Arrest and Minor in Consumption of Alcohol and booked into jail. The motion sensor alarm did activate, however no notification was provided to 911. Nothing appeared to be missing. Subject was arrested and booked into jail. Subject was transported to hospital for treatment. A garage window had been broken and the door leading from the garage to the basement had been damaged. Nothing appeared to have been stolen. MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 21800 block Oak Way. 27 year of age white female from Mill Creek reports the rear window of her 2003 Ford Focus shattered by a rock. MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 21400 block Oak Way. 20 year of age white male from Brier reports the rear window and tail lamp of his 1994 Ford Explorer had been shattered by a rock. Several other similar incidents occurred in the area around the same time. Three 16 year of age white males eventually apprehended for the incidents.
