SEPTEMBER 29, 2008 SUSPICIOUS PERSON / WARRANT ARREST. 21700 block of Brier Road. 22 year of age transient black male subject was contacted for causing a disturbance. Computer check located an outstanding felony warrant from out of state. He was arrested and booked into jail without further incident. SEPTEMBER 30, 2008 HUMANE. 21900 block of 34 Ave W. 49 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace reports two dogs residing in Brier came off their property and attacked him and his dog. The dog's 47 year of age white male owner from Brier was contacted. Pending further investigation. OCTOBER 1, 2008 TRAFFIC COLLISION. 23300 block of Brier Road. 44 year of age white female from Brier driving a 2006 Volkswagen Jetta attempted to make an improper U-turn causing the 2000 Honda Accord driven by a 63 year of age female behind her to collide with her vehicle. No injuries reported. TRAFFIC. 3500 block of 232 St SW. 40 year of age white male from Everett driving a 2007 Dodge pickup was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate showed the registered owner to possess outstanding warrants and a suspended driver's license. He was identified as the registered owner, arrested on the warrants and cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree. Search of his person located paraphernalia which was confiscated for destruction. He was booked into jail without further incident. The vehicle was released to a third party. SEPTEMBER 28, 2008 WARRANT ARREST. 3500 block of 228 St SW. 61 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace driving a 2004 Nissan Murano was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plated showed the registered owner to possess an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. SEPTEMBER 24, 2008 THEFT / MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 23000 block of 35 Av W. 38 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) took approximately 30 gallons of fuel from his 1977 Ford E250 Van and caused approximately $250 damage to the cap area. TRAFFIC. 3900 block of 236 St SW. Two vehicles were stopped for driving through a barricade. The front vehicle left the scene prior to contact. The driver was contacted by phone, however, refused to return to the scene. Investigation revealed his identity to be a 21 year of age white male from Brier. Computer check showed his driving status suspended. Citations for Fail to Obey Officer, DWLS 2nd Degree and Fail to Obey Control Signs were prepared for issuance. The driver was contacted, warned of consequences and released. He was identified as the registered owner and arrested on the warrants. Search of his person located suspected cocaine. He was booked into jail on the warrants. Narcotics charges pending. After release of the subject a partially burned marijuana cigarette was located outside the vehicle location. Citation prepared for issuance for Possession of Marijuana and Use of Drug Paraphernalia. Tabs were expired and computer check revealed he possessed an outstanding warrant and suspended driving status. Search of vehicle located an open container of vodka and a pocket knife. Alcohol disposed of. Pocket knife confiscated. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree, Failure to Yield, Expired Tabs and Open Container, then booked into jail. SEPTEMBER 15, 2008 CIVIL DISPUTE. 2400 block 231 Pl SW. 60 year of age white male from Brier reports his neighbor, with whom he has ongoing disputes with, parked a junk trailer in front of his house. Inside the trailer was a door propped up with a derogatory word painted on it and an arrow pointing towards complainant's house. Several attempts to contact neighbor negative. Trailer impounded. Parking infraction mailed to registered owner. SEPTEMBER 16, 2008 THREATS. 22200 block Brier Rd. Juvenile female supposedly made threatening statements to kill other students at school. Investigation pending. Discipline handled by school authorities. SEPTEMBER 17, 2008 TRAFFIC. 21700 block Vine Rd. 18 year of age white male from Brier driving a Nissan Altima stopped for speeding. Record check showed his driving status suspended and an ignition interlock device required when driving, which there was not. He was cited for Speeding, Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree, Operating Vehicle Without Ignition Interlock Device and released. Vehicle driven from scene by licensed driver. SEPTEMBER 18, 2008 HARASSMENT. 3600 block 232 Ct SW. 53 year of age male received a harassing letter from an inmate in Oregon. Prior to being incarcerated, inmate had made threats to kill him for seeing his ex-wife. Correctional Institution notified. WARRANT SERVICE. 21400 block Poplar Way. Vehicle stopped for defective muffler. Check of vehicle plate showed the registered owner to have a suspended driving status. Driver, 20 year of age male from Bellevue, not the registered owner, but did possess an outstanding warrant out of Everett. He was transported and booked into jail. Vehicle impounded. Odor of intoxicants detected. He was transported to jail for processing and found to be under the influence of intoxicants. He was cited for DUI and given courtesy transport to his residence. He believes the wallet fell out of his pocket, landed in his driveway, and possibly stolen. He later reported he found his wallet. SEPTEMBER 9, 2008 ASSAULT. 21400 block Oak Way. 20 year of age female reports as she was walking down the street, someone in a green Chevy Blazer driving by threw a rock at her. Rock struck her upper thigh and caused swelling and bruising. Area check for suspect vehicle negative. POSSESSION ON MARIJUANA. 22800 block 228 Pl. 29 year of age female from Edmonds stopped for traffic and was found to be in possession of two ceramic glass pipes and an orange pill bottle containing a small amount of marijuana.
