Dispatched to a loud party resulting in the issuance of a citation to the 28 year of age white female resident for Creating Unnecessary Noise. NARCOTICS. 21400 block of Poplar Way. 23 year of age white male from Keizer, Oregon was stopped for investigation of narcotics violation. HARASSMENT. 2400 block of 236 St SW. 18 year of age white female from Brier reports someone is emailing her sexual explicit wording and photos of herself which she had previously sent to her boyfriend. It was determined the phone chip from his cell phone had been stolen by unknown person(s). Pending investigation. NOVEMBER 2, 2008 HARASSMENT. 2400 block of Nike Manor Road. 37 year of age white female from Brier reports her estranged husband's 40 year of age sister from Everett at her residence in violation of court order. The sister was contacted and agreed to leave the area. SUSPICOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. 2500 block of Nike Manor Road.25 year of age white male from Brier reports his 7 year of age son told him he saw a person wearing all black in their backyard. They believe the subject is watching the neighbor's residence due to recent activity there. Area checked with negative results. He was advised to report the incident to FBI's IC3 website for further investigation. THEFT / FRAUD. 3300 block of 236 St SW. 17 year of age white female from Brier reports she answered an ad on Craigslist for employment and began email correspondence with the supposed company owner. She was then sent a check in the amount of $3,650 with instructions on deposit and dispersal. She deposited the check and withdrew a portion which was sent back to the instructed address. The check later returned invalid and her account charged. She was advised to report the incident through FBI's IC3 website for further investigation. TRAFFIC / POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. 3200 block of 228 St SW. 20 year of age white male from Brier driving a 2001 Acura 32CL was stopped for failing to stop at stop sign. Computer check showed his driving status suspended with an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. Search of the vehicle located suspected drug paraphernalia. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The jurisdictional agency for the warrant would not confirm its validity and he was released without further incident. The vehicle was released to a third party. MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 3400 block of 232 St SW. 53 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) slashed the passenger side tires of her son's vehicle during the night. OCTOBER 28, 2008 THEFT. 2600 block of Elm Drive. 61 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) took her full trash receptacle which had been placed curbside for garbage service. MISSING PERSON. 23000 block of 29 Ave W. 44 year of age white female from Brier reports her 16 year of age daughter runaway. She was entered into the missing person data base as missing. He was advised to report the incident through FBI's IC3 website for further investigation. SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. 23300 block of 35 Ave W. 17 year of age white female from Brier reports she looked out onto her back deck because her dogs started barking and observed a black male subject wearing all black standing there. She let her dogs out and the subject fled. Area checked with negative results. She reports this is the second occurrence in the past week. Investigation found the resident's son had phoned 911 from his cell phone to report a fight which had occurred in Everett. POSSESSION OF STOLEN VEHICLE. 3000 block of 228 St SW. 19 year of age black male from Des Moines stopped as check of vehicle license plate showed the vehicle was reported stolen out of Seattle. Search of vehicle found the ignition to be missing from the steering column. Subject booked into jail for Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle. Vehicle impounded.
