The 48 year of age passenger was identified as the registered owner and placed under arrest. He later checked his Pay Pal account and found the payment had been reversed. Check with UPS found the item had been intercepted and an alternate shipping address requested. Further investigation resulted in UPS placing a return on the package. MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 3100 block of 224 Pl SW. During repossession of a 2005 Toyota Scion a 43 year of age white male from Brier caused damage to the vehicle by grabbing the driver's door causing it to bend back into the fender. NOVEMBER 13, 2008 TRAFFIC. 21200 block of Poplar Way. 29 year of age white female from Lynnwood driving a 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate showed the registered owner's driving status suspended. She was not the registered owner, however possessed a suspended license and an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. Search of vehicle located drug paraphernalia which belonged to the passenger. Computer check on the passenger revealed an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. Both parties were arrested and booked into jail. The vehicle was released to a third party. She was booked into jail without incident. ROBBERY. 3200 block of 214 Pl SW. Dispatched to a robbery in which the victims were robbed at gun and knife point. Contacted 37 year of age Asian resident who reported four suspects entered the residence and using handguns physically assaulted him and his 68 year of age father. They restrained him, his father and mother with duct tape then removed large quantities of jewelry, cash and wine. Pending further investigation. TRAFFIC COLLISION. 21400 block of Poplar Way. 55 year of age white male from Woodinville driving a 1998 Honda Accord struck a dog which had been standing in the roadway. No injuries reported from the driver. The dog was transported to a veterinary hospital.
